Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Purpose
InProspector ("the service") is a browser extension that generates personalized LinkedIn outreach messages based on the information from a profile the user is viewing and settings the user chooses (tone, purpose, language). These terms govern use of the service and, where applicable, subscription to a paid plan.
2. Acceptance
By installing the extension or using the service, the user accepts these terms in full. If the user does not accept them, they must uninstall the extension and stop using the service.
3. Description of the service and plans
The service offers three plans: Free (20 generated messages per month, free of charge), Starter (150 messages per month, €14.90 incl. tax/month), and Pro (500 messages per month, €39.00 incl. tax/month).
Messages are generated by artificial intelligence based on information visible on the LinkedIn profile being viewed. They are a draft suggestion to review and personalize before sending. InProspector does not guarantee their accuracy, their suitability, or that the recipient will reply.
4. User account
Access to the service requires signing in with a Google account. One account corresponds to one person; the user is responsible for keeping their access confidential and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed tax included. Paid plans are billed monthly, renewing automatically until cancelled, through our payment provider Stripe. Prices may change; in case of an increase, the user will be notified before any renewal at the new price and may cancel before that renewal.
6. Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from the "Manage my subscription" area available in the extension. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no further renewal, and no pro-rated refund for the current period except as provided in Section 7 below.
InProspector reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive use of the service or breach of these terms.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance contract. This right does not apply, however, to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior, express agreement, which constitutes a waiver of that right.
As a commercial policy, and independently of this legal framework, InProspector agrees to fully refund any subscription upon simple written request to the contact address below, within 14 days of payment, provided no message has been generated under the subscription during that period. Once a message has been generated, the subscription is no longer refundable.
8. Intellectual property
The software, the InProspector brand, and all elements of the service (other than generated messages) remain the exclusive property of its publisher. Messages generated from a profile may be freely used, edited, and sent by the user who generated them.
9. Permitted use
The service must be used in accordance with applicable law and with LinkedIn's own terms of use, compliance with which is the user's sole responsibility. It is prohibited to circumvent the extension's technical measures, to decompile it, or to resell access to the service to a third party.
10. Liability
Generated messages are suggestions produced by artificial intelligence; InProspector does not guarantee their accuracy, their relevance, or that the recipient will reply. The user remains solely responsible for the content they actually send, after reviewing it.
To the extent permitted by law, InProspector's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the past 12 months, and excludes any indirect damages (including loss of business opportunity).
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data as part of the service is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
InProspector may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial change; continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. For a consumer residing in the European Union, this does not deprive them of the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
14. Publisher identification
The service is published by Timothée Bosquet (trading as BosquetLab), a French sole proprietor registered under SIRET number 795 124 387 00049, based at 30 rue Verdier, 33000 Bordeaux, France. See the Legal Notice for the full identification.
